Advice

So as we are pregnant with our first we have a lot to learn. Here is what I'm looking for in way of advice...

1. Must-have baby tools/equipment.
2. The books that helped you the most.
3. Benefits/downfalls of finding out the sex.
4. Name ideas
5. Any experiences with a 3D/4D ultrasound.

  1. As for must haves, we didn't really have something that was a must have. We used everything we got except for the 2 good night moon books. Madison would scream everytime we read it. She didn't start liking it till she was about 13 months.

I didn't read any books, as the ones that I picked up seem to make everything seem more scary.

We found out the sex because we were able to go ahead and pick out the name and then register for those types of clothes and such instead of getting all nuetral stuff.

Names, just kind of listen around for what you like. Get a name book and go through it, write down the names you like and then have don do the same if you pick any of the same then its usually a good sign. This was the toughest thing for us. We couldn't really agree on anything.

3d/4d ultrasounds. I think they look cool, but we didn't do it as it was going to cost us more money. Insurance doesn't usually cover those as its a luxery.
